1) Who we are & how to contact us

God of Wealth Portal (“Site”, “we”, “us”) is an online pixel-grid advertising platform where users buy display ad space (“Space”).

2) Information we collect

Information you provide

  • Account and purchase details (name, email, billing info shown at checkout).

  • Ad content you upload (logos/images/links/text) for your Space.

  • Support messages or form submissions.

Payment information

  • Card/bank details are handled by our payment processor(s) (e.g., Stripe/WooCommerce). We don’t store full card numbers. We may receive limited details (e.g., last4, card brand, status, and receipts).

Automatic data

  • Technical data: IP address, device/browser type, pages visited, timestamps, referrer/UTM.

  • Cookies or similar tech to keep you logged in, remember choices, improve performance, and measure usage.

  • Local Storage: We may cache non-personal UI values (e.g., “sold blocks” / “available bundles”) in your browser to reduce page flicker and load times.

If you log in via a third party, we receive the data that provider shares per your settings.

3) How we use information

  • Provide and improve the Site and your purchased Space.

  • Process payments, send purchase emails/receipts, and deliver support.

  • Prevent fraud/abuse, ensure security, enforce Terms & Conditions.

  • Analyze traffic and performance (aggregated/anonymous where possible).

  • Communicate service updates or policy changes.

4) Legal bases (where required)

When required (e.g., EEA/UK), we rely on: contract (to provide your purchase), legitimate interests (secure, improve, and market the Site), consent (where we ask for it), and legal obligations (tax, accounting, compliance).

5) Cookies & similar technologies

We use:

  • Essential cookies (login, checkout, security).

  • Analytics/performance (understand usage; may be aggregated).

  • Local Storage (non-personal UI caching for stats).
    You can control cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may affect core features (login/checkout).

6) Sharing of information

We share data only with:

  • Service providers: hosting/CDN, payment processors, email and support tools, analytics, anti-fraud/security.

  • Legal/compliance: if required by law or to protect rights.

  • Business changes: as part of a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer.

We do not sell your personal information. We also do not engage in cross-context behavioral advertising. If that ever changes, we will update this Policy and provide any required opt-outs.

7) Data retention

  • Account & purchase records: kept as needed for our services and legal/accounting requirements.

  • Ad content: displayed for 10 years or the life of the page, whichever is longer, and may appear in archives/screenshots.

  • Analytics/logs: retained for reasonable periods to operate and secure the Site.
    You can request deletion of your account (see Section 9). Certain records may be kept to meet legal obligations.

8) Security

We use technical and organizational measures to protect data. No method is 100% secure; please use unique, strong passwords and keep them confidential.

9) Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a copy of your personal data, and to object to certain processing. You may also withdraw consent where processing relies on it.
To exercise rights, email support@godofwealth.com. We may need to verify your identity. Some rights can be limited by law (e.g., when retention is required for tax/accounting or fraud prevention).

Residents of regions with specific laws (e.g., EEA/UK/California): we will honor any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your place of residence. If those rights conflict with this Policy, the mandatory rights control.

10) International transfers

We may process information on servers located in various countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (e.g., standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms).

11) Children’s privacy

The Site is not directed to children. Do not use the Site if you are under the minimum age required by your local law to consent to online services. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us and we will take appropriate action.

12) Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy by posting a new version on this page. Changes apply prospectively from posting. If a change is material, we’ll give reasonable notice (e.g., on the Site or by email if you have an account). Your continued use of the Site means you accept the changes.
